COVID-19 Updates
*** UK packages are being sent via Special Delivery to ensure they arrive as this is the most reliable at the moment. This means package are £7 each.

EU / Rest of the World package are being sent Tracked delivery via Royal Mail so this has also increased shipping costs

Please note that this is a guide only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee. Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices.

As standard delivery is by Royal Mail on EU / ROW, there is no tracking information available on packages.

UK packages are sent via Recorded Delivery

Return Policy

We will accept any unopened or defective return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to set up the return. We will issue a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase as soon as the item is delivered back to us.

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or just changed your mind about the purchase, and if the product is still unopened, we will refund the purchase price for the returned item only, not the shipping fee. You will need to arrange to ship the item back to us within the 30 day return window. A refund will be issued when the item has been delivered back to us.
